At CT Clinic, we specialise in complicated chronic pain cases — particularly when symptoms have lasted months or years and other treatments have not solved the problem.
Many of our patients arrive after trying physiotherapy, chiropractic care, osteopathy, injections, or medication, yet still feel stuck with pain that keeps returning or never fully resolves.
With over 25 years of clinical experience, our work focuses on understanding why the pain is still there and helping patients move forward with the right approach.
Treatment Fees
First Visit — £125
Your first visit includes both consultation and treatment.
Before attending, we ask patients to complete our consultation form with as much information as possible. This allows us to review your case in advance and prepare properly for your appointment.
When the consultation form is completed, no separate consultation fee is charged.
Our aim is to use your first visit not just to assess the problem, but to begin addressing it.

Follow-Up Treatment — £125
Follow-up sessions continue the work started during your first visit, focusing on improving movement, reducing pain, and restoring function.
Who This Treatment Is Designed For
For the General Public
COPA Therapy is primarily designed for people living with moderate to severe chronic or long-standing pain.
This often includes:
- people living with pain that has lasted months or years
- patients who have tried physiotherapy, chiropractic care, osteopathy, injections, or medication but still feel stuck
- people who have been told “you’ll have to live with it”
- people given a label such as arthritis, bulging disc, or similar, yet without a clear plan forward
Many of our patients simply want to return to normal activities such as walking comfortably, sleeping properly, exercising again, or enjoying life without constant pain.
Athlete & Active Individual Treatment — £175
COPA Therapy is also used with athletes and active individuals — not only to treat pain, but to understand why an injury occurred and why it has not resolved properly.
It is also used to reduce the risk of re-injury and support performance.
This often includes:
- sports injuries that keep returning
- pain that started as an injury but is now lingering or spreading
- movement restrictions that increase the risk of re-injury
Athlete sessions are priced differently because they often require more intensive physical work and a more performance-focused clinical approach.
No Upfront Packages — Just Clear Clinical Progress
We do not ask patients to commit to prepaid treatment packages.
Instead, we believe patients should continue treatment because they can feel and see progress, not because they are tied into a block booking.
Every chronic pain case is different. Some patients improve quickly, while others need a more gradual plan. The number of sessions should always be based on clinical progress, not a sales structure.
Why We Ask Patients To Complete The Consultation Form
Chronic pain cases are often more complex than standard appointments.
The consultation form allows us to:
- understand your history before you arrive
- review important details about your condition
- prepare properly for your appointment
This helps us use your visit more effectively and focus immediately on the right areas during treatment.
Why We Don’t Use an Open Online Booking System
We do not operate CT Clinic as a high-volume appointment diary.
Many of our patients are in the middle of treatment programmes and require priority access to follow-up appointments.
For this reason, we ask new patients to complete the consultation form first so we can review the case and guide you to the most appropriate appointment time.
This helps us maintain the standard of care expected from a specialist chronic pain clinic.
